Subscriptions

Orders submitted through the online store, as a rule, but the order may also be submitted by e-mail. Normal delivery time is 2-5 working days when ordering products to Finland, pick-up orders will be agreed separately, but as a rule, the delivery is next business day.

Preorders

If you want Place preorder please notice that we invoice 30% from ordered products after you have placed your preorder.

International order & Deliveries

We will do the best ship your order soon as possible after received your order and payment. Delivery time varies between countries and delivery types. Normally airgun orders arrives to customer inside of two weeks after placing order. If your country is not on shipping list, please send us email or fill contact form and we settle the shipping. We don’t sell airguns under 18 years of age. To speed up the airgun delivery, please provide a copy or photo ID to e-mail myynti (at) dase.fi We reserve the right to change the shipping method chosen by the customer, if it is technically packaging or transport safety, necessary, or if the expected delivery time to the customer requires it.

E-mail orders will respond as fast as possible, but no later than the next business day. If you don’t hear us back in 24 hour, please fill contact form. We use Microsoft mail server and some emails are filtered away.

Payments on international orders

We offer you two payment type bank transfer or paypal.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are dependent on the mode of delivery and payment, and the total shipment weight. The final shipping costs you will see on-line ordering.

Price

We reserve all rights to change prices. All prices are for one piece and are inclusive of Finnish VAT, unless otherwise indicated.

Warranty

The products have the sales note are shown warranty periods in material and workmanship for. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or improper use resulting from damage. Please consult us if you have problems with product what bought from us.

Canceling your order

Canceling your order is ok to us but please inform us as soon as possible to prevent unnecessary shipping charges. Please notice that we are charcing shipping costs and financial expenses (like paypal fees) from customers.

Returns and Replacement

The products have a full 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unchanged. Return Policy does not apply to products purchased second hand. The same applies to the right to return damaged products or if you have received otherwise incorrect delivery. All product return shippings goes to customers and any shipping costs not refunded.

Any order or delivery-related complaints, please send seven (7) days of receiving your order to:

please state the order number when making your notice of claim. We will contact you to clarify the matter in the next two business days.
